Website Terms
1. About this website
This website is operated by Lifter Media LLC ("Lifter Media," "we," or "us"), run by Luis Aguirre. This website describes our work and services and lets you request a review or proposal. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@liftermedia.com.
2. Inquiries and client agreements
Sending a form, requesting a free review, or discussing a project does not commit you to a purchase or establish a paid engagement. Paid work is subject to a separately accepted proposal or service agreement.
Your agreement specifies the scope, fees, payment schedule, timing, revisions, cancellation terms, ownership and licensing, hosting renewal, and any ongoing support. It controls the client engagement if its terms differ from general descriptions on this site.
3. Prices and service information
Published prices describe the stated standard scope. Additional pages, locations, functionality, or work may require a separate quote. Your proposal confirms the total charges, inclusions, and payment schedule before you commit. A request through this site does not authorize a payment.
We may update services and website information. Changes to this website do not by themselves change an existing client agreement.
4. Search and business outcomes
Search rankings, AI-generated recommendations, traffic, inquiries, and sales depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a particular position, placement, lead count, revenue result, or timetable. Portfolio examples describe individual projects and do not promise equivalent results for another business.
5. Website materials and client brands
Website text, design, images, and other materials belong to Lifter Media or their respective owners or licensors. Client logos and trademarks remain the property of their owners. Portfolio appearances show work or experience and do not imply an endorsement of every service offered here.
You may view and link to this website. Contact us before copying, republishing, or commercially reusing its materials, except where permitted by law. Ownership and reuse of paid project deliverables are addressed in the client agreement.
6. Appropriate use
Do not use the site to submit unlawful material, spam, malicious code, or information you are not entitled to share. Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.
7. External websites and availability
Links to client sites and other resources are provided for convenience. Their owners control their content, availability, and policies. We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but errors and interruptions can occur. Contact us if you find a problem.
8. Privacy and your rights
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Updates
We may revise these website terms by publishing an updated version here. The date above identifies the current version. Changes to client agreements require the process set out in those agreements.
